My bag’s gone missing. How can I get it back?
If you’ve left your bag or lost it during your trip, we’ll help you try and find it.
I need to cancel my trip. Can I get a refund?
You may cancel your booking up to 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure via Manage My Booking and you receive a full or partial refund in the form of a voucher based on our cancellation policy. The voucher is valid for 12 months and you can book a new trip via our website or mobile app when ready.
Can I change my ticket?
Yes, you can change your ticket up to 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure via Manage My Booking. You can instantly cancel/refund your ticket and use the remaining value towards your new ticket. See our cancellation policy.

How am I notified if my bus is late or canceled?
Ticketed customers are notified by text or via a notification for customers who have the Greyhound mobile app.
I missed my transfer. Now what?
If you miss your connecting bus because of a delay on the first part of your connection, we'll book you for free onto the next available connection.
We’ll alert you by SMS or by e-mail. Please follow the steps provided to you via text or e-mail. This is why we always recommend leaving a mobile phone number at the time of booking a ticket.
